The Event Art service consists of the artistic representation of the atmosphere and events at a live event in the form of an illustration, which the contractor creates directly on site during the event, or in whole or in part after the event, depending on the specific terms agreed with the client. The illustrations are based on photographs of people taken by the contractor at the event venue, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The form of the painting (format, technique, scope, time required) and the place of execution are always agreed individually with the client in advance. Unless otherwise agreed, the result of the work is aquarelle paintings supplemented with black liner lines on A5 aquarelle paper, wrapped in cellophane packaging. The result of the service is an original work of art in physical form, which the contractor hands over to people on request directly at the event. If the parties agree in advance, the illustrations will be kept by the contractor for the entire duration of the service and handed over to the agreed person after its completion. The copyright to the work remains with the contractor; the client has the right to use the finished work for personal and presentation purposes, but is not entitled to modify it or use it commercially without the contractor's consent.

The contractor undertakes to arrive at the agreed location at the agreed time and to perform the service with professional care. The client shall provide the contractor with adequate space for work (light, a table and chair for work, protection from adverse weather in the case of outdoor events). If the client needs to cancel or change the date, they are obliged to inform the contractor as soon as possible.

If the date is canceled more than 14 days before the event, the deposit can be transferred to another date, provided that this corresponds to the contractor's current availability. This change of date is not a right, but the contractor always tries to find a solution individually and accommodatingly for the client.

If the appointment is canceled less than 14 days in advance, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee, unless the parties agree otherwise. If the contractor has to cancel the appointment for serious reasons (e.g., illness, emergency), they will offer an alternative date or a full refund of the deposit.

In such a case, the client, as a consumer, may contact an out-of-court dispute resolution body, such as the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, whose contact details can be found at https://coi.gov.cz/.
