What is Event Art?
My Event Art is live illustration at weddings and other events, created in a distinctive style that is characteristic for my work, based on photos of guests taken directly at the venue.
At what events can you use Event Art?
Event Art is a flexible service that adapts to your needs. For weddings, Event Art is a natural choice. At a corporate party or a brand presentation for clients, it works as a great icebreaker. It also brings a lot of joy to children's parties or birthday celebrations and elevates the entire event.
Why should you have Event Art at your party?
You want your party to be a unique and refined experience that guests will remember for a long time. You want them to take home something thoughtful that brings a smile to their faces. You want a shared activity that naturally breaks the ice, even among guests who are meeting for the first time. Does this sound familiar?
Event Art is not just another form of entertainment. It is a meaningful keepsake your guests can take home. Each illustration is a one of a kind original, created on watercolor paper, capturing the festive atmosphere and emotions of the moment. It gives your event a sense of uniqueness and preserves it in a way that goes beyond photography.
How many guests can I illustrate?
I can illustrate 6 to 8 guests per hour.
How does Event Art work?
At the event, I need a prepared space for painting. This includes a small table with a chair in a well lit area where guests naturally gather. I also need space to display the finished illustrations, for example an additional table or a board with clips.
I arrive shortly before guests start arriving. I set up my workspace and then photograph and illustrate guests continuously during the agreed time. Guests usually take their illustrations with them as they are finished.
What are guests' reactions at events like?
Guests are usually a little surprised and curious, as they mostly know this type of service only from social media. Once they agree to be photographed, they often come back to check when their illustration will be ready and look forward to the result. People are genuinely excited and enjoy taking their illustrations home.
At every wedding so far, there has been more interest in illustrations than the number agreed in advance. In these cases, I always try to accommodate guests and discuss with the clients the option of completing additional illustrations later in my studio and sending them by post.
Can you work with international guests?
Yes, I can communicate in English without any problems. In fact, a large part of my work is for couples from abroad.
